“Creation is an endless activity of God’s freedom; it is an end in itself.”

Rabindranath Tagore, (7 May 1861 – 7 August 1941) sobriquet Gurudev,
was an Indian Bengali polymath. He was a popular poet, novelist, musician, and playwright who reshaped Bengali literature and music in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. As author of Gitanjali and its “profoundly sensitive, fresh and beautiful verse”, and as the first Asian to win the Nobel Prize in Literature, Tagore was perhaps the most widely regarded Indian literary figure of all time. He was a mesmerizing representative of the Indian culture whose influence and popularity internationally perhaps could only be compared to that of Gandhi, whom Tagore named ‘Mahatma’ out of his deep admiration for him. We are a society of end results, goals, fast and instant gratification…could it be that the Freedom of the Journey, is the greatest of joys and the ultimate purpose?
Could we rewrite Rabindranath’s words and say:

“ The Creation in our ‘Journey of Life’ is the endless act, an expression of Human Freedom; it is the source of greatest wealth, the evidence of greatest health and happiness; it is an end in itself.”?

As you may know I spend many hours learning and researching with “Energy”.
I spoke of the thousand year shift from the “agricultural age” to the “industrial age”

First was the movement of people from their lands to big cities, from their father’s jobs to new training and schooling second was that physical strength was no longer as important as it was slowly replaced by the machines. New industries have arrived, and dominated, such as the car industry.

Then before we knew it, the “information age” was upon us.
People could no longer stay at the same job, things were going fast, business has opened its borders
companies became international, Silicon valley became the dominant force. IBM, Microsoft, Apple, Google…

It no longer took thousands of years not even hundreds, we have almost left the industrial age and moved to the information age as the manufacturing jobs have moved and soon may disappear.

Well, before you know it a new age will be upon us…the shift from “information age” to “social age”
you will no longer be paid to be physically strong, nor to have a good memory, not even to know complicated equations that will be done in a push of a button (and thanks to “Apple” new voice software development, a verbal command and maybe even a thought will be enough)

During this “social age” you will only survive if you have “emotional intelligence”

So what is this “social age” and how will it effect your life?

Since the recent financial crisis I have recognized that many large cooperation will be cutting their workforce
and these jobs will not be coming back.

Some of these jobs first will go to developing countries such as China and India
But than they will be “automated” and disappear all together.

Are YOU prepared for the “social age”?
What Are the QUALITIES you need for the upcoming “social age” (may be here sooner than you think!)?
What is that “emotional intelligence” anyway?

This question comes back over and over, it is the same in class with the kids, as it is at work as it is between families and countries.

The fact is that all people are equal on one very important level, at any age, any were in the world, all we really want is to be noticed appreciated, recognized for our being, to be loved and respected for the smallest contribution that we may make to society.

It begins in very early age, some have it more naturally, as they have some special genetic gifts which others respect them for it, but they are often challenged internally, others require more work to be noticed, and find the calling through good deeds and kindness, others, in question, have not been able to get the attention they need, and are forced, to demand respect by way of intimidation (often even confusing, respect out of love with respect out of fear, and false self confidence), but it is the best they can do at that moment…

What is important to notice that both, “good deeds”, “kindness” and “devious”, intentionally hurtful behavior, on all levels, finds its source in the very basic natural needs for oneness, for recognition and for love.

So, how to respond?

Well, you have a few options:

1. To simply ignore them. (I do not specifically recommend this option, as it is very draining of energy, and it has not solved your relationship or the situation. We often can not run nor ignore everyone who may not be kind.)

2. Confront them and put them in their place. (I do not recommend that either, as you just have done what they did, showed force and received respect through intimidation, not a long term solution).

3. To really understand, that as bad as they may behave, their goal is simple, to be noticed, respected and loved…not more and not less. The often bring their frustrations from home, from the luck of attention they are receiving from their closest friends and family. So, their behavior is simply a cry for help!

This is where my “Inner Energy” comes into play, you may be able to recognize this now, but to be able to naturally respond to their attack with confidence. To be able not to react, not to run, not to get offended, YOU MUST HAVE HIGH INNER ENERGY LEVELS. You could be politically correct, and be nice despite their wrong doing, but it will eat you within, they will continue, and eventually this will become an incident.

As you can see knowledge and understanding alone will not be enough to respond with confidence and kindness to their unfair attacks, but when the energy is there it becomes natural. You will instantly see as your attacker will be changing. Regardless of the past and the misunderstandings, every human being has a place to be, and an opportunity to contribute.

Your high energy will inevitably inspire them, give them true respect, despite their actions, and they will receive another chance. They will “magically” change their behavior towards you and towards others, even become your best friend.

By raising your Inner Energy, you have now contributed to yourself and to others.

For Adults I teach Karma Secrets – “Energy Edge”, a form of meditation, which begins with connection to energy and self regulation as participants demonstrated during our presentations, but than you will learn a very specific tools and technique, and how to continue receiving this inner growth for the all aspects of your life.

Will your family understand?

Your days are getting longer.

Your energy is dropping, sleepless nights…

How do you escape all this? Is there a way out?

Ok, maybe it is not that bad, but to survive this and the next wave of economical turmoils you must make some changes.

Now, I am not only talking about external changes, but internal as well.

You are only as strong as your levels of energy are.

No matter how much you know, what your level of experience is, how talented you may be, if your can’t stay focused,

confident and remain calm under pressure you are not keeping your job and you are not making it in the cooperate or the business world.

It is simply too demanding.

So what to do?

The need to make real changes in your mindset, the way you deal with people and do business just to survive.

If You are a bit artistic or creative – you are sensitive.
If You are loving and spiritual – you are sensitive.
If You are concerned about other peoples well being – you are sensitive.

In today’s practical, fast paced, “instant coffee”, “fear of everything” and often closed minded and full of negativity world, “Sensitivity”, is far from being a gift, actually it could become a bit of a “curse”, making many feel unfit, unwanted, unaccepted, unrecognized, misunderstood and feeling completely alone…even if they are not physically alone.

To survive, many talented and gifted people have to hide their true feelings. Many knowledgeable and wise have to hold back their words. Chose jobs which they hate. Chose friends who they do not resonate with. Live a double life!

Many have to pretend to be like others, not to be “punished” by societal misunderstanding of their opinions, insights, ability show “love” and the gift of “intuition”.

Meanwhile, the world is in screaming for help, inner gifts are being wasted, millions of people are suffering from anxiety and depression, not being able to “fit in”…more so, thinking there is something wrong with THEM.

I am a sensitive person. I was born that way.
I have had to struggle, to be misunderstood,to overcome, to change, to adjust, to learn and to grow.
