Karma Secrets - Are You A “Good Person”?
Here are some ideas we have put forward during our resent Live Webcast.

I think this is a clear evidence that you are really growing fast!
( Remember the purpose for this exercise is to stimulate your mind to have an “aha moments” and to create an energetic opportunity for share with like minded and inspired group of people. It is not about getting the “correct answers”.)
1. List 2-3 other forms of Meditation you have practiced, and/or familiar with other than Karma Secrets.
2. List 3 differences you noticed between these other meditations and the SELF REGULATION during Karma Secrets Meditation. Why do you think the body is moving during Karma Secrets Meditation?
3. List 3 logical reasons for the “Physical Movement” during Karma Secrets.
4. Are “Inner Keys” Natural? Are they even necessary?
5. List 3 main inner changes you might feel, when you give an “Inner Command”? What do you think happens? What does the inner key add to “Self Regulation” alone?
6. List 3 reasons we need to have “Special Time” for Meditation?
7. If Meditation is so good for us, why not isolate ourselves and meditate all day?

HOW WOULD YOU DEFINE “A GOOD PERSON” ?

2. List 3 differences you noticed between these other meditations and the SELF REGULATION during Karma Secrets Meditation. Why do you think the body is moving during Karma Secrets Meditation?
The main difference I notice is the intention behind the meditation. In Karma secrets the intention is to grow by tapping into your potential with a clear desire to grow. For me it makes a lot of sence that you will get to the perfect posture and perfect state of mind once you grow enough to get there and not start with that. I was never able to quiet my mind ar to start with a complicated yoga position.
The long distance running that I used to do was a simplistic way, it was free but there was no intention of growth behind it.
3. List 3 logical reasons for the “Physical Movement” during Karma Secrets.
1 - Movement gives your freedom.
2 - If you want to path energy throug your body you have to move your blockages
3 - When you feel your body wants to move, you have phisical proof that something is happening and that strengthens your intention.
4. Are “Inner Keys” Natural? Are they even necessary?
I would say that you always talk to yourself anyway and you kind of listen to yourself. When you use inner keys you bring the level of your inner chatter at much higher level.
5. List 3 main inner changes you might feel, when you give an “Inner Command”? What do you think happens? What does the inner key add to “Self Regulation” alone?
1 The intention becomes more clear
2 The attention goes to the desired result and you feel you do something important
3 The most important od these 3 I think is that you replace the instinctive unconcious by higher level concious intention.
6. List 3 reasons we need to have “Special Time” for Meditation?
1 - To attribute enough importance to it since it gives you your growth.
2 - To get into the habit of doing it as naturaly as brushing your teeth.
3 - Because just like so many things in life that are good are not always easy and require effort, I don’t always feel like doing meditation so I need the special time that I will do it, regardless whether i feel like it at the moment or not.
7. If Meditation is so good for us, why not isolate ourselves and meditate all day?
Because meditation is a tool not a purpose and we need to apply the gains of meditation in our everyday life, including the interaction with other people.
